My role as a realtor - To
help you do what you want to do, whether that be to Sell your home or
Buy a new one. Buying or selling a home is accompanied by many other
life stresses, so my role is to keep it a positive and pain-free
experience. Just because I make it look easy, doesn’t mean it is.
As
a professional Realtor for 21 years, my life has been enriched by the
opportunities I’ve had to help people successfully navigate the real
estate market. Some of my best friends came to me as part of a real
estate transaction.
Why do you need my services?
Most
people buy and sell homes so infrequently in their lives, that the
terminology for real estate and lending can be intimidating. I can
sift through the murkiness or at least know what questions to ask. You
can depend upon me to have current real estate and lender knowledge, to
help you navigate and interpret the jargon. Then you can make an
informed decision.
My Pledge:
- I won’t push. I will find solutions.
- I’ll do my homework, so I have inventory knowledge and “target area” knowledge.
- I will answer your questions and give you the facts, so you can make an informed decision.
- I will utilize the latest technologies to find your dream home OR as a marketing tool to sell your current home.
- My time is yours. If I don’t answer my phone, I’m with a client. Leave a message and I promise to call you back.
- I will listen. Your time is valuable, too. The properties I show you, should follow your guidelines, not mine.
